Fabulous label

Fabulous label seems a sub-label of the Melodisc label. The owner of the Melodisc label told to Jah Pete that before a chose a single to be officially released he pressed a few blank labeled copies. These were brought to shops to see if the single would be good to sell. To my knowledge no Wailers track were finally chosen to be officially released on a labeled FAB 7-inch. Blank labeled copies were pressed in numbers sometimes as low as six and sometimes in numbers of twenty or fifty. These are among the most rare Wailers singles. FAB 36 was sold in 2007 for 400 USD.
