Comments by KAZO:
Eleanor Rigby:
* 1-1 + 1-2 is the same as 2-8 + 2-9, 2-8 + 2-9 has better sq
* 2-11 follows 2-9
* 1-5 is included in 2-14, 2-14 has better sq
* 2-14 follows 2-11 (maybe?)
* 2-14 ends with 10s of another song
* So, 2-8,2-9,2-11,2-14 is the complete Eleanor Rigby and 1-1,1-2,1-5 can be discarded
Set My Night On Fire:
* 1-3 and 2-10 are the same, 2-10 has few more seconds (of blank) at the end. 2-10 is a bit better sq. 1-3 can be discarded.
* 1-7 is another (short) take
* There is a note at the end of 2-10 beginning of something: 1-4!
The Sun Is Going Down:
* Seem to be 4 different takes
* 1-14 is cut before end
* 2-12 and 2-13 have the same rhythm box. 1-4 too but the mixing is louder. 2-13 may follow 2-12.
My Head Is Spinning:
* actually, both 1-6 and 2-15 are the same
* 2s missing at the end of 1-6
* Excessive cleaning on the first 20s of 2-15
* Then, best is 1-6 with pasting the last 2s taken from 2-15
Who feels it knows it / Make your river come down
* It is not a meddley, there is a clear separation at 2:34
* Exclusive of ERT
Have you heard
13. Have you heard as Oh Boy on the last 15s
Butterfly
* is the same as on Ultra Rarities, with the false starts in addition
I’m Getting Ready / Caution
* is not a meddley, it’s a pasting at 1:30
This Is My Life
* although this is longer than the excerpt which can be heard on Fozzo’s website, there are 22s missing which are at the end of Fozzo’s excerpt. So this track here as been cut at the end, I don’t understand why.
Note: It is taken from a four DAT set, that seems to be “No Trade” in its whole.

taken from the DAT transfers of Rita Marley’s vault come these amazing composing session. This disc seems to be from the JAD songwriters era, reflecting a softer side to Bob’s many melodies as well as vocal experimentation of all kinds. THIS WAS ORIGINALY A 2 DISC SET AND NOW IS EDITED TO ONE… Some tracks were left off but can be found elsewhere….
Songs 11 – 19 have no equivalent on a list of titles of the original 4-DAT.
03. The Sun Is Going Down has 12s at the end of another song (Midnight Hour, originally by Motown star Wilson Pickett, 1965, recorded in reggae style 1977 by George Faith) (also at the end of Eleanor Rigby take 2 on ERT)
21. Butterfly has only 1 false start here, also in Ultra Rarities
27. Cheer Up was wrongly untitled crisis acoustic in Ultra Rarities. Exclusive here.
28. Son Of A Gun exclusive here
29. Lord Sent Me From Zion exclusive here. This song is also recorded by The Abyssinians as “Forward to Zion” on their debut album.

This CD contains mixes with echo, additional sound effects, added percussion, melodica or xylophon.
This CD is different to the recent fake CD release called “Augustus Pablo and Lee Perry and Wailers.”
This CD is not findable at the common trader lists.
What we have here is controversial.
Some say it is another fake.
I received this CD from a friend who believes that we have Augustus Pablo on melodica and xylophon, Bob Marley and Bunny Wailer on percussion and Lee Perry at the mixing desk. This session I was told was intended for dub-plate cuttings. Maybe 1973, 1974 or 1975.
Recorded not earlier as 1973 because Augustus Pablo started to record in 1973 and the technology to mix such dubs did not exist before 1973. I would think it is recorded around 1975. JC agrees that it would be original mid 70ies mixes.
Some tracks are released on the Japanese CD “Welcome To Dubrock”.
TUFF GONG DEMOS
Black Progress (Dub) Half instrumental mix. Sounds like done 1970 (2,41)
I was told Island put together a double set of Bob Marley dub mixes in the 1980s that was never released. It seems this mix is from this set.
