1977

On October 11th 1976 the exclusive song writing agreement between Bob Marley and Cayman Music had ended. At that day an exclusive song writing agreement of Bob Marley and a corporation owned by him called Bob Marley Music Ltd. took effect. Later the rights of Bob Marley Music Ltd. were given to Bob Marley Music Ltd BV, a Dutch company controlled by Bob Marley. The songs of the albums “Exodus”, “Kaya”, “Survival” and “Uprising” were written while this contract was in force.
