Artist Info: Roots rasta singer born in Kingston 1940. Joe Higgs started to sing to audience in 1956. In 1958 he and Roy Wilson formed the duo “Higgs & Wilson”. Famous mentor of “The Wailers”, “The Wailing Souls”, “Jah Bunny” and many more. He died in 1999. Although his singing career covers four decades his album work consists of only five LPs. A remarkable non-commercial way to bring a musical message to the people to release an album only all five to eight years. In efect all his albums are strongly recommended as classics and highly influential albums with a mature sound and message.

Artist Info: Justin Hinds is born May 7th 1942 in Sheertown, St. Ann Parish, Jamaica. He is known as one of the most influential Jamaican singers with strong church background. His singing career started in 1963 at Treasure Isle with The Dominoes (Dennis Sinclair and Junior Dixon) and ended after more as four decades when he died on March 16th 2005. He released uncounted 7-inches during the ska, rocksteady and reggae eras of which a couple are reissued on compilations. He released six studio albums and finally two live albums.
